Slacker Wi-fi Radio
I read this week in the Wall Street Journal that Slacker, an internet radio player, has developed a device for the automobile that downloads music when in range of a wi-fi connection and stores it for play later. You create “favorite stations” that Slacker slots similar artists into and away you go. They plan to have a free service with ads and another for $7.95 that is commercial free. I have got to think this is making XM and Sirius a little nervous.
New Music Sources
